How do you prefer to communicate?
We like to keep things simple. All communication goes through email, and when needed, we suggest a Zoom call so we can get to know each other even better or discuss and review our progress in detail.
Do you offer unlimited revisions?
The first three are on the house. After that, we offer as many revisions as you are ready to invest in.
Do you take on small projects?
Yes. Alongside the larger projects, we also love working with smaller startups that are excited about what they are doing, understand that design is more than making something pretty, and are willing to invest an appropriate budget. For both large and small projects, the ideal situation is to have an ongoing relationship where we can substantially impact the brand over time.
Do you offer add-on materials?
Of course. As long as it's a visual touchpoint, we got you covered. Need us on a long-term basis? We are there for you.
How long is the process?
Each project is different based on the scope of work. Most projects take between 1 and 4 weeks.
How does payment work?
We like to make things as easy as possible and accept payments online. We know that branding is an investment, and we have a few different payment options depending on what works best for your needs.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! We know branding is a significant investment, so we're flexible regarding payment. Typically all projects require a 50% deposit upon signing to reserve your spot in our calendar, with the remaining balance billed across the project duration.
Who owns the copyright?
When the final project has been signed off and the last payment has been received, full copyright ownership of your deliverables will be transferred to you. Any sketches or work not used as final deliverables remain in the property of The Shadow Legacy. We only reserve the right to show the final project as part of our portfolio.

What happens after I send an inquiry?
We'll send you a Welcome Deck that has a Calendly link so you can schedule a call at the best time that works for you. On a call, we can chat about the project over a virtual coffee and get to know each other better. If we all like the chemistry, we'll send you a pledge, a proposal, and an invoice so we can lock in the project and start working on it.
